BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Possess a 2-year technical degree in an engineering field, preferably mechanical or electrical. Relevant work experience and education may be considered in lieu of a 2-year technical degree.
* Have at least 5 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance Management within an industrial manufacturing facility.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
* Exhibit proficient problem-solving skills, utilizing tools such as Fish Bone, 5 Way, PDCA, and 8D to identify root causes.
* Possess experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Contract

* Perform board work, including setting up probes to check traffic, ensuring signal integrity, and adding power to the PCB and device. Review and create data sheets using an oscilloscope and obtain printouts, ensuring that the reviewed test is effective.
* Previous experience characterizing signals, preferably in a medical device or quality environment, is necessary with PCBs, units, and devices.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and debug protocols for conducting tests.
* Use analog and digital test tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other measurement devices to document signal performance.

Our client, an EV manufacture located in Newark, CA has a need for a Payroll Analyst for an initial 6-month contract.

The role

Take ownership of the project plans and processes for expanding payroll internationally, and manage them effectively.
Work in close collaboration with the Payroll Leader, team members, and a selected vendor to ensure successful implementation.
Develop a deep understanding of multiple interrelated payroll processes and tools, and drive project plans with a focus on change management and adoption.
Provide the vendor with necessary inputs for configuration and ensure proper testing of payroll configuration for sign-off.
Ensure proper documentation of processes and anticipate, assess, and manage issues and risks that may arise during the project.
Resolve issues quickly as they arise and identify the root cause while recommending mitigation plans for building.
Operate small country payroll cycles post-launch and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business, HR, Finance, and IT as necessary.
Play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch of payroll in various countries by contributing to the project's success.


Requirements / Qualifications:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience either in Payroll operations or Payroll implementation.
