As the Mice Groups 'Face of HR', Hayley loves all things people. She prides herself in always providing efficient, high quality service and support for internal employees, contractors, and clients.

She is the heart of all people transactions, from onboarding to benefits, administration, insurance renewals, and compliance.

Hayley proudly earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from UC Davis— Go Aggies! She holds an extensive HR and staffing background, with experience in the public sector, health advertising, and technology. Outside of her MG family, Hayley enjoys the simple things in life. She appreciates the outdoors, art, travel, yoga, and wine. But above all else, time with her precious littles, pups, and loving husband light up her life.
