Director to lead the software team in Bay Area. Provide technical guidance and manage software teams and projects for different generations of chipsets, especially those revolving around 802.11 ax. This is an exciting, highly visible role, with great sway over the direction of software development in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing software teams in Bay area, including technical management, people management and project management;
• Responsible for coordination with software team members, QA teams and Field/Applications teams in other locations such as Russia, China and India, on key projects.
• Manage software releases including new feature development through various stages of software lifecycle;

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements
