You'll be responsible for interviewing qualifying candidates as well as developing new clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source candidates in various disciplines such as technology, finance, marketing sales, business operations, etc. to fill job listings through job boards, social media, networking, cold calling and following through on leads
• Secure new clients as well as service existing client base by growing existing accounts
• Coordinate interviews by managing candidate/client expectations and interview schedules
• Maintain all candidate and client records through administration of applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Communicate with internal colleagues consistently throughout the day in an open-pit environment

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 years related experience, preferably in technology staffing
• Ability to manage multiple positions/candidate submissions
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle negotiations under limited supervision
• Ability to be resourceful and think outside of the box when it comes to sourcing and developing new clients as well as sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Computer-savvy and familiar with social media tools, i.e., Twitter, Facebook, etc.

• Someone to manage the back-office team.
• This person will need to have some good experience with fulfillment on the ecommerce side. The main thing will be for this person to make sure all the functions around fulfillment for the on-line web orders are taken care of.
• A team of 3 will report to this person.
• There is also the storage and management of inventory coming in and needing to be accounted for.
• There will be some reseller vendor management involved. For example, their products sell on bodybuilding.com and that relationship and interaction will need to be managed by this team.
• This person will have to manage the updates to the website both in the ecommerce store as well as the content site.
• There may be some organization of trade shows and attendance required.
• There is also a small amount of store front retail sales that may be going on so experience with store front would be great.
Pluses:

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Lead and execute testing and analysis of 3D Printer products including design and utilization of test fixtures.
• Actively participate with system, hardware and software designers in assuring safety, reliability, and maintainability requirements are met.
• Perform reliability analysis of entire system and its components utilizing knowledge in the system, mechanical, electrical, and software fields of technology.
• Perform reliability risk assessments using analysis techniques such as FTA, FMEA or FMECA on system components down to the piece part and functional level and can define effects at the equipment, system level.
• Develop a reliability program plan to specify the reliability tasks (SoW requirements) that will be performed for the specific system.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
• Independent thinker with at least 5 years of experience performing reliability engineering on complex systems through full cycle of product development, preferably on industrial capital equipment products
• You have knowledge of Weibull analysis, have performed failure analysis on broken parts, set up predictive failure models of real systems, and understand equipment MTBF.
• Know MTTR, MTTF, Availability, OEE, like the back of your hand.
