Von started his career in Silicon Valley 25 years ago as a Technical Recruiter and has a great passion for finding the right talent for his clients. He believes there is no greater challenge, excitement and satisfying way to spend your career than to help someone identify and land their dream job.

When Von isn’t working, he’s usually spending time with either his family, cooking or working in his yard where he finds a lot peace. When time permits, you might also see him watching his favorite sport teams, the SF 49ers and SF Giants.
